“A preliminary investigation determined that a 33-year-old male was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old female,” read a statement from the Deputy Commissioner of Public Information. “The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident. The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.”

So, what is said to happen? According to sources, the police were told that the alleged victim is Majors’ girlfriend and, according to her, they got into an argument while in a taxi returning home from a bar in Brooklyn.

Police were told the girlfriend saw another woman texting Majors, and she confronted him. We’re told the alleged victim, which is his girlfriend, claims that Majors got mad allegedly grabbed her hand, and allegedly slapped her.

There are also claims that he put his hands around her neck during this. That remains to be proven. It seems that the girlfriend went to the police the following morning (Sat.) and reported a crime. According to sources from various publications, the victim had visible injuries on her body, including a ‘laceration behind her ear, redness, and marks on her face. Police felt there was enough evidence for probable cause.

However, his rep has denied the allegations saying, ‘He’s done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.’
