Man Wanted In Connection With 2 Rapes in the Bronx

According to Eyewitness News 7, Police in the Bronx are currently on the lookout for Ernest Robinson, 31, in connection to a series of child abuse and rape incidents. The authorities have linked Robinson to two separate incidents that occurred in Morrisania and Crotona.

One of the incidents, which took place near Boston Road and East 166th Street in 2021, involved the alleged abuse of a 10-year-old girl. According to the police, Robinson entered the child’s bedroom while she was sleeping and proceeded to rub his genitals on her backside.

In May of this year, another horrifying incident unfolded in Crotona near Belmont Avenue and East 179th Street. According to reports, Robinson attempted to wake up a 9-year-old girl and subsequently tried to rape her. The brave young girl’s resistance likely prevented a more tragic outcome, underscoring the urgency of apprehending the suspect before further harm is inflicted.
